Meniko Records Management Services and Cirrus Managed Services, a subsidiary of the SilverBridge Group, have entered a strategic partnership to provide customers with solutions that can digitalise their business processes.
Cirrus supplies and implements business administration software solutions to the financial services sector with the SilverBridge Group having the largest number of life assurance system implementations in Africa.
Meniko specialises in records and document management, processing, and scanning solutions providing customers with solutions that capture, store, and effectively manage their content.
“Given the importance of digital transformation initiatives at insurers throughout the continent, we identified the need to help our customers with the capabilities to effectively digitalise various elements of their business, especially the on-boarding of new business. The experience and reputation of Meniko made them a logical choice to partner with,” says Patrick Ashton, Managing Executive at Cirrus.
As part of the agreement, Cirrus will use the Meniko GreenForm paperless digital solution to enable its customers to complete financial services transactions digitally without generating any paper-based documents.
“The smart tools, rules, and automation of GreenForm eliminate repetitive input, errors, and incomplete submissions in paper-driven business processes. We are very excited about the potential this partnership has for both organisations and assisting Cirrus to streamline the business processes of its customers,” says Mike Morris, Business Development Director at Meniko.
GreenForm offers full offline capability to store, forward, and synchronise transactions at a convenient time. External database identification verification ensures all the required steps are taken for security and privacy. With complete back-end system integration, forms are stored in the GreenForm data store in a variety of formats for easy access.
“The future of business in Africa is digital. Using the GreenForm platform, we are supplementing our existing cloud-based solutions with a user-friendly way to digitally on-board customers and offer our clients a complete value proposition,” concludes Ashton.
