Our processing centre at Monument Park Pretoria, next to the R21 Highway, is easily accessible to all major business centres in Gauteng.

It’s here that we scan high volumes of documents daily using cutting-edge technology. Our document scanners are high-end pieces of machinery, capable of delivering quality images 24/7.

Added to this, our processes are SANS 15801 and ISO 15801 compliant and have been recognised by industry experts as world class. The fact that we adhere to these standards means that our clients can safely destroy certain original documents after they have been scanned by us, therefore eliminating costly offsite storage of documents after scanning.

In-house Solutions – We can tailor a solution for your records and document management requirements. What’s more we will provide you with the manpower, hardware, software, project management and training for the initial installation of the custom solution. Our customers are able to run the solution themselves while we provide the necessary ongoing support.

On-site Solutions – Meniko can assist by setting up a turnkey solution on your premises providing the necessary manpower, hardware and software, management and training. The infrastructure belongs to us because our core business is records and document management, the solution and its benefits belong to you, allowing you to focus on your core business.
