Currently, the mobile solution includes features such as:

In addition, we’ve now included:

Feature one: One Time Pin (OTP)

A One Time Pin (OTP) is a feature that has the capability to authenticate our users. OTP authentication enables GreenForm to accurately record and prove that an individual was present at the time of completing a transaction.

First, you’ll need to fill in mandatory fields and sign your form.

Note* – you’ll need to submit your or your agent’s cell phone number to generate an OTP. The OTP is sent to the number you provide.

Once you’re ready to submit, an OTP dialogue box will pop-up:


A pin will immediately be sent to your phone:


Enter your OTP and your form will be submitted!


Feature two: Update notifications

Every time there’s a new update, you’ll get a notification that prompts you:


Click to update software.

Feature three: Online support

To ensure that we are readily available to help you navigate through your transactions or any queries you might have, we’ve introduced online support by using a chat widget.


Once you log in, the chat box pops up. Click on it to start typing:


No need to worry – you won’t be attended to by a robot!  Our support team consists of real people who will be online and ready to help.

Feature four: Agentless Transactions/Website Link

There are scenarios that require transactions to be completed by people that are not registered users of your GreenForm tenant. A simple example of this is allowing new customers to sign up for insurance themselves using a link directly from a company’s own website.

GreenForm now supports this feature – combining it with our OTP technology to provide authentication of the person completing the transaction.

The steps that are followed when completing one of these types of transactions are:

Filling in all the required details, including your cell phone number to generate OTP and clicking submit.

An OTP box will appear onscreen:


Enter the pin sent to your phone and your form will be submitted!
